Kiev wins CL? somewhere around 2015

Reasons:
1) Build up of young ukrainian talent for 2012 stemming from all the developmental programs
2) Financial gains from 2012 giving already rich DK the ability to afford even the highest transfers
3) Improvements in the quality of the ukrainian league(from point 1)and foreign stars willing to play(point 2 and 3 inclusive) there all stemming from 2012

At the very least we will be very competitive,

...anyway even now the squad has the ability to be very competive and at least reach playoffs but we have well documented(if you are willing to do research) coaching problems stemming from our president sticking to former Lobanovski's traditions and picking sub par coaches from his former assistants rather then inviting a top coach
