I created a template for adidas, nike and puma kits so as to create euro 2004 kits, and have visted SG to receive comments on how to improve, but all I have received is abuse. it appears ur face has to fit or u have to be part of thre group. people have created that many types of designs etc that its going to be hard not to be accused of this.

I have done nothin to b ashamed of and resent being given no chance to defend myself. I created those kits myself with no plagarism, but it is obvious that certain peoples words carry more power in the forum than is neccesary. I have better things to do with my time than to browse thru a forum for endless hours looking for pictures to copy.

and Im sorry that my work was that close to someone elses that u have to construe it to be plagarism. God forbid someone should see the kits the same way as someone else, and display them the same.

Its obvious that unless u come up with a completely different radical design then u r going to b accused of this, tbh i aint even seen much of Hagis kits, to have been able to copy a design of his, and as for copying VP's Barca kit well would u scroll thru 700+ posts to find it?

ur reaction and subsequent banning displays to me that SG kit forum is nothin more than a select band of people, and the other members are there to make up the numbers.
whats more insulting is thats the first time vp has even answered in my thread, and this is the crap i get from him, and then u highlight it further my banning me without defence?????

dont bother with reinstating my account, i dont wish to be part of an elitist group who look to criticise any reasonable work that may be produced from outwith the inner circle. and banning with out a chance to defend is in no manner reasonable.

my kits may be similar, but I am sure they r not exactly the same as the kits u say. I can agree that certain parts may look similar, but to accuse me of plagarism without a chance to defend is dark ages... as i say if your face fits....

ps what insults me more is u dont even have the decency to send me an email explaining why u banned me, I have to find out from someone else. Speaks volumes for your way of working. Thats like me sacking an employee when they aint at work then notifying them. Hardly a way to work is it.

the kits are exactly the same, maybe just 2 or 3 pixels of difference in the lines. that's proof enough for flagarism.

and thank that we change the rules cause he would've been banned 2 months ago. now its just a 2 week red card.

if he decides to come back in 2 weeks let me know and Ill reopen this thread so he can keep posting.

he can talk to me about it if he wants, but the 2 weeks ban is irrevocable.
