directx 9c with PES3 and WE7I

anyone played PES3 and WE7I with directx 9c? I got slowdowns into the penalty areas with directx 9b&9a, I have 8.1 right know and I wonder the outcome of 9c. thanks in advance.

Don´t upgrade it if want to play only WE7/pes3 / don´t waste some fps just for curiosity

I got a Radeon card and its catalyst drivers only install under dx9.0 that´s why I upgraded it from 9b to 9c

On my We7i PC doesn´t seems to improve anything, still as fast as normal

I got the Directx 9.0c with the sdk summer 04 update,and i can't say it ad any difference to pes3.
but my game has run smoth since i updated my main board and cpu!:)
