Disabling away goals rule in tournament

Hello,
Can somebody show me how (maybe using CM or by another way) how to disable away goals rule?
I remember Fifa 11 has this option when creating the tournament, but 15 don't.

So any ideas?

Hello. I've been looking for a long time how to do this. As I understand it, this is hardcoded think and it cannot be disabled
