I made this thread so that everybodie can post their discoveries and other things they know to do in Fifa 2004! Even if some people know for it, you can post it for those who don't know!
For example: about kits, dribbles, crosses, shoots ... Just write, all you know!

I opened this thread to help everybodie becouse YOU can't know all the things about Fifa, BUT somebodie else can!
So, write anything you know

For expl. I don't know how to unlock kits!!! But I know how to score every free kick ( must target top left/right corner of a goal and shoot with "S" ).

u gotta beat every team in a certain league to unlock their 3rd kits.. after u beat every team remember to save it in your profile..

I think off the ball control is way over-rated. Player runs in fifa 2003 worked better for me. When i use off the ball control i end up offside

Same problem here, but I don't use off the ball anymore becouse it ends with offside in 90% of passes

My new/old recepie is to break the wings and cross the ball

Off the ball puts the ball in front of a running player, time it right and offsides will not be called.

off the ball does not put the ball in front of the player, he has to stop and chest it straight to the opponent defenders...I stick with the normal player run button

That's funny, the off the ball control video says that it puts the ball in front of the player, check the video out to see what I mean, although depending on what buttons you push, the player will chest the ball......sometimes.

Did some of you pro evolution fanboys not read, listen to, or understand anything written by EA Sports.

The ball IS placed infront of the player when you press the shot/cross modifier (left trigger on xbox).

Also - the players will not be found offside if you actually watch what you are doing or have any skill. Often with runs it is easier to run the attacking player away from goal before pushing them towards goal - allowing them to face the goal as they run onto the ball without being found offside.

modifier eh? i gotta try that...I only use it for low shots and when I attempt to get past some one...Im so proud it worked once

yeah, if you press R2 (ps2) the ball will be put infront of your player. Its really good with fast players like Henry.

Thanks for the "modifier" tip - I'll try it out. I didn't realize it worked with lobs, I thought it only affected shots.
