discrimination: the FA stance

ok, probably predictable, that I would be the one to start such a thread, but it seems ot be in every football publication lately, so thought it may aswell appear here too.

what does everything think to the current stance being taken by the FA to address the issues of discrimination?

the current target is homophobic behaviour in the game, but this is purely a part of the longer term goal of ending all discrimination ( Racism has more or less vanished form the english game)

Are they approaching it in the correct way, or could they be doing more?

I have my own opinions on this, which I will share later, but in the meantime what are your opinions?

good point. I have to say, racism really is such a minor problem in English football nowadays, big pat on the back everyone (Y)

I mean im sure its still ripe in the stands at times, but at least its no where near as bad as other countries.
