Ahhh, don't mind Rony, he's just bitter that the only way City will get to the Champions League, is by purchasing tickets to Old Trafford in a fortnight. But, the way that Lille is reacting to this situation doesn't really surprise me. They feel that because they are an underdog club going up against a top club, they can blame anything that goes wrong on the other team. Quite sad, really. I wish that Lille would take responsibility for the mess, shut their gobs and move on.

Confederados blame crowd trouble on "Yankee nonsense"

Greenville, South Carolina -- AC Confederados have blamed the crowd trouble which marred their match against the Far Rockaway Gulls on "Yankee nonsense". The match, which took place at Bob Jones University's Alumni Stadium, was thrown into chaos following a Gulls fans apparently doing the action known as a "forearm Carlos". The action enraged the Confederados fans and many of them charged into the away section welding what appeared to be pieces of re-bar.

Eight injuries were reported, all were treated in the stadium before being flown back home to Queens.

The USSF will launch an investigation into how the Confederados fans snuck the re-bar into the stadium.

Lille are blaming United for the fake tickets... United should be allowed to distribute their tickets however they find more conevient. I suppose near-foolproof technology is available those days for avoiding fakes if only adequately implemented and employed, so Lille should be blaming UEFA instead. Oh wait, they can't do that now, as they also want the replay over the FK (:/) .
