DivX 5.0.5 codec - where can i get it?

I was convinced i had this codec on my system. I know i have DivX 5 of some description as it's in my programme files, but it can't be the right one as it simply doesn't appear in Virtual Dub when i try to convert my replays. Does anyone know where i can get the right one?
