he's expected to join the premiership either next season or the season after. what kind of impact do you see him having? i've only seen him play a handful of times but one thing i've noticed, he plays with a lot of confidence. he's only 21 i believe. apparently he has his sights on liverpool. i wonder what kind of impact he'd have on that squad.

come to think of it, france has a nice arsenal of forwards...henry, trezegeut, cisse, wiltord and anelka, even though it looks like he won't see any time on the national squad.

For me he was a disappointment during WC2002 but seems to have gotten the hang of it a bit better during the recent Confed Cup.

He hardly had a chance to play in WC 2002, though...and almost every French player sucked then. IMO he's a fantastic talent. He has the right physical attributes to succeed in England, and he's a bloody good footballer too :D. What Liverpool need right now, though, is a winger or two.

yea i agree. liverpool has an abundance of strikers/forwards...with owen, baros, heskey, and diouf. i think they need players like duff and kewell...players in the midfield who can create.

but for cisse, i feel he plays with a lot of confidence and looks physical enough to play well in the epl. from what i saw of him during the confederations cup, he looks like an exciting player.

I think he is an extremely raw talent, meaning, he has all the ingredients but not quite there, i know he is only 21 but still. I dont think he would make a massive impact in the premiership. I think he needs to improve his finishing, and become more of a team player

Well he didnt exactly have the chance to shine. Anyway, watch the french league(if you can) sometimes and youll see his class.
