Do You Get Free Game Time Card If U Buy Game Outside Of England?

I am from Croatia, I bought original game and paid "original" high price, but i didnt get my game time cad with the game. They said to me in shop that free game time card that u get inside the box with the game, are only for UK market. In manual that is by the way on Croatian, is clearly said that game time card is delivered with the game, inside the box. I also bought FIFA 4 months ago and i got game time card with it.
Can someone help me and say if this is true? Did you guys from other countries got your game time cards with the game?

If you really bought a legit game then email ea and provide them with your registration code and they will email you the game time number.

By the way...Giovanni Russo is the shizt! I love that player

They admited the distribution error!
Seems like they messed up the whole serie and forgot to put cards in all copies in Croatia, so there are lot of angry guys.
At first they tried to confuse me with a story that cards were only for UK, but they were forced to admit mistake.
They promised to send me the Game time card.
