You can record the commentary into .wav and then import them into the game using FCDB XP. Alternatively, if the commentary is available in WC2002, you can export it from there using FCDB XP, and save it as .asf format. Then you can import it back into FIFA 2002, using FCDB XP again.

Alternatively if that player's name is very difficult to find, and you don't fancy hearing a change of voice in commentary, you can do something that only I have done (I think). This is to record the various parts of the commentary from the game, and edit it so that the commentator says whatever you want. e.g. I wanted the commentator to say 'Manchester City', so I recorded the 'Manches..' bit off 'Manchester United' and the 'ter City' bit from Leicester City. The results I think is very good, getting John Motson (the commentator) to say different things is certainly fun. It all depends on how good you cut and paste the sounds of course.

And what can I use to cut and paste sounds? Thanks

There are loads of sofware you can use to cut and edit sounds, the easiest one, but of course it's very very basic, is the Windows Sound Recorder.
