Does Using The Regenerator Screw Up The Origin Activation?

Just downloaded some career files to make things better in game, used the generator tool and now Origin asks me to Acitvate FIFA13....so I enter my product code and get a "This code has already been used" error.

Contacted Origin support but no idea when they're gonna get back to me, very annoyed to say the least!

Hello, try to perform a repair of installation, with Origin, right click on the pics of the game.
Anyway don't worry, you will not lose your code! EA provide to enable again your code activation!
I think you have corrupted your activation file on app data folder or only game files corrupted .....but fifa give this strange error!

I suggest to perform a backup of game folder and pay attention to other files on app data folder (your user name\AppData\Local ...check here).

the game does'nt show up in Origin anymore so cant try that, no point backing up fil;es now as they may be screwed and I really wanna avoid re-installing as theres essentially no point because the code wont work.
No reply from EA, will wait 24hours if nothing then its time to get angrier!

Origin fail to provide any help whatsoever, looks like I'm having to buy the damn game again and not risk running Regenerator and having no mods ever :(
