almost identical to the one posted. I don't remember exactly why it is part of the 5 year old team jerseys set. Shirts made years and years ago. I remember finding a photo of a footballer in which that logo was clearly visible. I don't know if he's exactly 60-61. Maybe the photo was from 1963 or 1965 but you always work with what you find.

The further you go back, the harder it is to be precise with both the data and the jerseys. I have found dozens of players of whom there is absolutely nothing on the web. Players with 1 presence I don't know if they are goalkeepers or forwards. Perfect strangers for the web. As for the jerseys, it becomes difficult to find above all away jerseys. Even the homes there is the particularity that in the same year 3-4 variants were used. Collars, wider, narrower stripes ... logos on the shirts used randomly. Everything becomes more and more shrouded in fog.

Difficult to make the top 16 70's ... (even for 60's and 50's) It starts to struggle to find data. it was a huge effort to find data from Northern Irish or Cypriot teams for the 1980s. Often incomplete data. I had to complete the squads by adding players from other seasons before or after the one I needed. The further back you go, the harder it is to find data. As I said a few days ago ... For the Wiener SC 59-60 I found players with 1 or 2 seasonal appearances of whom absolutely nothing is known. For the web they are perfect unknowns. I don't know if he could be a goalkeeper or a forward for example. The further I go back and look for smaller leagues teams the less I also find photos to create the player's appearance. I have to invent it. Risk of having to invent players for the 70s 60s 50s teams to complete the squads. Often there are only 15-16 players and fifa wants at least 20-21 to avoid problems with tournaments. This is really a big problem.
But I think inventing players would not match to this amazing patch which is as much realistic as possible ...
It‘s clear that for the periods from 2000 to 2010 it‘s much easier to make the squads.
