Great but one detail jumps out to me, those numbers seem to be adidas Euro 2008 style numbers.New team for UCL 2008-09
Steaua's Nike could be something generic similar to the real ones unless some Romanian fan wants to cut these into 128x128

http://switchimageproject.blogspot.com/ has thousands of (classic) fonts and numbers, however the autor doesn't seem to be too communicative about sharing them.
But they do post pictures like this which can be cut into 128x128 or 256x256 pngs for specificnumbers rx3.
Regarding fonts, this is the method I use for the teams I care about. Sometimes you can find the exact one and sometimes a very similar one:

Finding correct fonts for classic teams can be rather difficult, but luckily I've recently discovered this website myfonts.com/WhatTheFont
If you find a good picture of the font you need and upload it to that website, it will suggest similar looking fonts, and if you are lucky enough you'll find and download it (make sure it's in .ttf format or convert it to .ttf online).
Here is an example of 1:1 identified Lokomotiv Moscow 2002-03 font:
Here are some fonts that I identified and converted for FIFA classic teams:

FC Barcelona 2006-08
Maybe some people will find fonts for their favorite teams this way, share them and make our Classic teams even more authentic.

Where did you find them? Are they the console version? Because the Bayern one had errors and if I remember correctly the socks were also with the design ... how can I say ... "off axis". They were not displayed correctly. If I remember correctly, the logos were off-center on one side.

But then in the 2007-2008-2009 fifa they used a template similar to that of the "current" fifa? I just didn't know! I thought they used the old format similar to that of fifa 10.
