I just love Italian metaphors :D

I see. Hopefully maybe one day a simpler way is found.
it's more of a personal saying. Basically I am a person with a "quaint" language full of profanity and sometimes some blasphemy... I happened to say a similar sentence also at school almost 25 years ago. A professor said to me "Gianmarco, come to the blackboard. I have to question you" I replied "No, professor... I'd rather be kicked in my balls..." Needless to say, I'm sending myself to the principal... All right...

I don't promise anything... But I hope to get back to doing something concrete for the patch after Easter. We got my brother's results and yes he has multiple sclerosis. In recent months we have been informed both privately and thanks to consultations with doctors and being of the Relapsing-remitting MS type and, with the medicines currently in use, there are quite high hopes that it will not degenerate and remain in its current state. These days he is making a bomb of cortisos to be able to mitigate the effects in the short term. Then the various medicines will be dispensed. But it takes time. Thinking that there is a 68% chance that the disease won't progress gives us some courage and confidence. Everything will depend on the next few days to see how he reacts to the cortisone bomb he's undergoing these days. So....going back to frivolous stuff, I might try something after Easter. One step at a time... Sorry if I bored you with this story, even talking about it helps a person's pische. Expressing your fears, insecurities and worries is the first step to feeling good about yourself. We should remember this more often given the times we live in (pandemic, war). We are human beings, we are not robots.

Almost 10 years, and from what i know (@GIGGIRIVA can confirm) this patch is literally a "sequel" of an older classic patch made for FIFA 10, so the work is something that it's even older if you think about it.
And it really shows the great dedication and passion for old football that Giggi has :)
Not exactly. The first patch was supposed to come out for FIFA 06 but inexperience led me to irremediably corrupt the DB (I didn't have the backup). I tried again for FIFA 07 and there was the baptism of the classic, the first version. Then in 2010 I made the second more complete version because I was able to reload part of the database from 07, giving me time and space to be able to create more content. With the passage of the RX3 files for FIFA 11 I tried to do something secretly but I had to understand how the new files worked (especially for the faces) so I let it go. Then in 2013 I started the current patch... Between one thing and another I've been behind it since 2005... I think November 2005... Too bad the fifamania.it site is no longer online. There was the genesis of the version for 07 and the first experiments of 2005

PS. I saw that among the private messages there is also one of yours. After Easter I'll try to reply to all the messages received in the last month.

thanks. We have had problems with paypal in the past. our email was considered by them as a company and not as a natural person. It had been blocked for over a year and it was only around Christmas that we were able to remove the remaining money because we no longer trusted it. It was a small fund that we kept for donations we made to other users or to buy files. However, my brother's medicines will be covered if not entirely by the state. The remainder should possibly itself be reduced by subsidies and sickness exemptions. It's something we don't know yet. However we will see in the future whether to put the button back.

I don't really like scoreboards. So I've never installed one. I would like to have a unique one for the whole patch but I have to draw it and I am not able…

I saw the message now...I wish the best to your brother, that disease is really tough...in my family unfortunately we know about it (2 of my relatives had it), but luckily medicine and research have made great progress compared to the past, so the important thing is to think positive, always.

On Murgensdorm Stadion, Koln have some black bars ahead of the pitch on atlettics bars, fix it, and in Euro 88 tournament it is named Tsentralni Stadion Lenina, which stadium in friendlies is okay! And one other think - on Netherlands 1980 kits on home kit where was the badge adidas like on other kits it has a small white like a square, fix it :)
