I was able to get the Creation Master opened by running as administrator. Anyone else who has this problem I hope you find my solution 
Also, a player called Thomas Allin, who played for Notts County 1888/89 is not present in the patch. I hope this is not another wiki error like Coupar, but I could find him in the list of players for the season so my guess that it is not.

No, what I mean is that you say you can insert the players you just created into FIFA 14 using the wizard. I wonder how to do it.

You clone a similar player (role, OVR) from the same decade, you assign an ID, if you are lucky and find data you change height and weight and if you are very lucky and find photos you also take care of the model's appearance. Then you put him on the team. The player created from scratch is always Free Agent. It is easier and more intuitive to do than to explain. It's all logical, immediate.

a random attacker, I think one teammate... OVR 75. Then I changed the appearance randomly because there are no photos, raised OVR to 78 and put this ID 276426

Just wondering what the chances of having Tottenham 96-97 added to EPL 96-97 are? Looks like there was a full kitpack for Tottenham 96-97 within the old "Tottenham 1995-00" team that previously existed in the patch that could be good for use.
Additionally, there is also a full kitpack for Blackburn Rovers 96-97 in a previous pack made by TonyKroos a while ago. Would those kits be of any use?

The Tottenham shirts we have are wrong. they are currently on the team 5 years but that team will soon be canceled. It is now obsolete and full of errors. I don't know if TonyKroos made Blackburn 96-97. I've never seen those kits honestly...
