Congrats GIGGIRIVA for your patch!
Have you checked the Formations via Rinaldo's Creation Master'14?
Perhaps they may have been affected due to add-ons and some are erased or dublicated.
Just an idea...

Problem found and fix.
I'm nearest to finish the space for specific formation (max 1000) and i'm at 899
As you approach you pass the limit I think the table of DB crashes ....i think, I am not a technician ....

db is nearly ready for 80-85 and Euro 2000 is complete. Will depend on kits for when this will be released. Over 100 teams being added and will take some time to get kits done.
