As i told, DB 1985-90 Euroclubs is finished but still miss a lot of kits.
And actually only 2 persons are helping with kits. So i cannot predict now when all the kits will be available to release next step.
I guess, i hope, in January, but nothing sure, it doesn't depend on me only.

When did regeneration - everything worked well. After regeneration errors in the composition of teams 04 euros, almost all bugs - all players and goalkeepers the game crashes

I don't know what happened. But why you regenerated again if everything worked good?

I suggest you to reinstall all on a clean FIFA.

PS: Are you using CM14 tool?
