I had found the same model used by Venezia. I tried to make the shirt by extrapolating it directly from the photo. In the evening I can add the team to the Database

yes it can help you take advantage of really poor quality photos. I'm not particularly good at creating a texture from scratch because I'm lazy. I'm always looking for a system to automate and have better quality with less effort... I hope for a future where it will be possible to make the texture simply by typing what is needed in AI graphics sites. Something like "Marco Van Basten face texture FIFA 14". That would be really cool...
