I don't know if you are eventually planning to have the old Olympic tournaments present in FIFA 14 included in Classic Patch 16, but I found this old emblem of the Dutch FA used around 1920 (Nederlandsche Voetbal Bond as it was known at the time) in the records of the Dutch National Archives.

The current emblem already made by FUTBOX for Netherlands 1934 would also be a good fit since they actually worn that on their kits.

How can i assign a specific wipe3d?

I'm not able to assign a specific wipe3d to any tournament.....
