It's up to Xaviesta with whether he picks a defensive mid or a CB, but he pretty much fucked us over by picking Kos. David Luiz and Kos is a recipe for disaster. David Luiz cannot play as a holder for the Alcantara brothers and with Kruse and Hulk there's no point playing a diamond. So, I'm going to assume Xaviesta has been picking our bench so far and hope that he starts picking in relation to the team. If not, I would love to know why my Co-Director of Football is trying to sabotage our chances against a midfield as potent as Morrison-Pogba-Scholes.

What? What are you doing? There is no 'defensive CB'. Any CB is defensive! Kos plays the exact same style as DL only DL is better at it. Why are you moving DL to midfield?! He cannot play as a holder, he doesn't have the discipline for it. If he's in midfield he needs to be paired with someone who can stay back and cover. I picked Mikel because he's a defensive holder who will shield the ball and cover for our headless chicken defenders. Obviously he's not the best there is, but if we were picking the best players none of the guys anyone has picked would have been picked. We're picking based on styles.

Btw the sub thing was a joke, what's the point of the game if you can just bypass your co-drafter and put his players on the bench? Drop Bartra and pick a LB or GK.

The team obviously isn't good. I think the fun is in picking players by style, even if they're not good, and getting a functional team out of it (which ours, for example, isn't). Obviously, in a real draft I would switch Kruse for Messi, Hulk for Muller, Schurrle for Reus, etc, but that's boring.

I don't agree. We need subs, it's more fun. A man can make mistakes, so we can move a player on the bench.
