Ok, so seems like everyone dont see the difference on this Baros face... So let me answer... On this face, he has no hair 3D file ( part001 ) ! I made the hair as you saw on the screenshot by editing the headshape :o ( part000 ) !!!

that's easy... hold ctrl + click and drag on the preview screen until you can see the face the easiest way on your screen

I think you used Savage head shape for this face dont you ? I think, you need to work more on your UV mapping, with this small screen, I just can see it has the problem with the mouth and the eyes, look weird,... the rest are ok...
And next time, post this at your thread !
