Make a FIFA 10 .exe shortcut, then right-click it, and after that enter on Properties.
Here, you'll have a "Target".In this target after the last word that has been written there, press Space once then type "-windowed", then your game will appear in window mode, not in full-screen :D.

This is the program that is adding In-Game effects on your FIFA 10 (typing Shift + F12 in same time).
NBA Live is another game that supports this kind of effects (like FIFA 10, like GTA San Andreas, like NFS Undercover etc), so don't worry if the game is saying "NBA Live", maybe it's a bug.Who cares, if the patch is great ? I hope no one :D.

I'm having problems as well. The game doesn't start at all. I straight away get the error message that the game 'has stopped working' on Win 7. The error is 'APPCRASH.exe'. I have tried fresh install of FIFA 10 and still it doesn't help when I apply your mod. Your previous mods have worked fine for me.

I have to same problem it worked yesterday, but now "app crash d3d9.dll" error ?!?! :(

bro, install fifa, install the patch.

dont move anything from the folder that gets extracted, as duong has said many times.

run the bat file for the specs you are running, sit back & wait.

the run your game, at the language select screen, notice how the flag & country name is the fifa original, hit shift+F12 & you will see a glow around it, that means the patch is running.

its not hit shift+F12 & boom you playing a ps3, if thats what you are looking for.

but its damn close.

the answer is **** windows 7.

i never understood everybody jumping on windows 7's dick, its a new os w/ nothing compatible for it.

should have stayed w/ xp or vista for now, until things were working for 7.

same thing happens to me :( i play with the DVD on , and problem solved (: but it's still anonnying cause if u forget to put the dvd on, u have to reset :S so .. i don't know how to fix it permanently, i just give u a temporary fix, hope it works 4 u !

wait, so two guys have their games crashed before entering the game, right? try the fixes. if they don't work, go into your FIFA10 main folder and delete d3d9.dll and d3dx9_26.dll.

one guy has the patch functioning but the fusion doesn't work at all, i say you gotta wait for me to try something out.

In fact, Windows 7 works flawless for me. Don't want to start a fight, but don't throw with **** on things you don't know well. Everything that's compatible with Win XP or Win Vista is compatible with Win 7, too. Don't blame the OS for the lack of knowledge of the users.

In this case, you need to install the latest DirectX. You can download it from here.
