duong & i might also do an all country patch for certain countries as a league possibly.
we discussed it somewhat, but havent decided whether or not to create it.

Patch looks really good but I'm having some trouble installing it...
When I download it it comes up as a file to be opened by internet explorer or something, then after about a second of internet explorer being open it comes up with a save/open box. If I open then it repeats the process, if I save then it just stays as the same file and again the same thing happens. Is there a program that I need to download before I can install/use this patch? Would really appreciate the help
