I cannot believe my unluck with FIFA10 mods.....

I installed Duong's Replacement Graphics Fusion on my laptop FIFA10 (Vista) (mod specs) and after realizing that all the menus and game itself had slowed down incredibly I installed the ATI-driver bug fix. Result still the same.

I uninstalled the addon after that as Duong has instructed in readme-file (although I never found d3d9.dll from my install directory) and problem is still there. The game loading and actually just about everything in the game is slow as hell. Also before opening screen there is a green text in the upper left side of the screen saying: "EMBseries v0.074g ps_1_4 Boris_Vorentsov.narod.ru:GTA San Andreas".

I've been trying to copy my data folder back to game directory from my backup folder and I've been trying to regenerate my fat but the problem is still there.

Help me guys, please. I'm getting a bit pissed off here...

GShock i also have the same problem.
My players even had black faces and legs like flippers used in diving.

as for GShock. Open folder options and tick on "Show hidden files and folders". Then look for d3d9.dll in your FIFA10 folder again, and delete it.

Thanks for repliying. I really wanted to try your patch because I think it looked awesome. Somehow it just didn't work in my laptop so that's why I want to remove it

Anyway, I have ticked it and that solved the problem. I wish I could somehow use graphic enhancements for my FIFA but I guess I have to build it one-by-one. Thanks for help. A LOT!

I had tried this FUSION patch about a month back or more, and I was surprised that though the game began to look awesome, it was horribly slow. FPS went down to 15-24 from 60 inspite of having nVidia 8600 GT. I even tried to make the CPU affinity to 2 (to use both processors, not 1 as Fifa10 does). But the result was the same.

Then I did two things:

1. Turn off 3D grass
2. Set Vertical Sync to OFF forcefully (through nVidia Control Panel).

Now the FPS has gone up to 30+ (sometimes 35-40) and it has become enjoyable experience ever since.

Perhaps VSync can help a lot for stuttering probs.

Thx for making a great graphic file.
But...
I got a problem now. I played one game before I found your patch. That game was working fine.

But after installing your patch, I got a problem loading the game. It crashes while it's loading.

The exe is not working anymore. I've read the nfo and saw that this is an known problem but I can't get it fixed!

Could you plz help me?

u reinstalled d whole game and still it crashes???...mk sure uv deleted d fifa main dir aftr uninstalling and also d cm and other tools folder if u hav dem...u need 2 strt afresh....r u sure ur game crashed only after u installed dis patch?

all cm, fm, dbm tools folders too.
