Maybe EA thought that we won't buy the next fifa series if there's a good one now. But we bought it even it's bad

Someone said this to me when I made a generalisation about people from the USA:

Thats a very ignorant statement.. just because someone is from the USA, does not mean they automatically know nothing about real football.

Come on, you must see the funny side of that statement...

All greedy corporate companies stick to that formula: Each year brings '...the best version- EVER!' It's always because of a '...brand new innovation!' (gimmick).

That's why I prefer 'PES 3' to 'FIFA 2004'- great gameplay vs. great gimmicks!

Actually it has no relation to that stament.. what does the way EA market their games with the knowledge and skills of their programmers.. obviously this year they are marketing fifa with the "every great player needs a great first touch" something that is basic of footie.. but somehow they just realized in for the 2005 game..
