as I am tired of saying, I'm a huge fan o PES and WE, but I can't wait to see EA kicking konami's ass with a new fifa...
btw, I loved the logo, simple, toughn and straight...no more that mambo jambo american designed stuff with appealing fonts...great shape...I guess that may represent other changes had happened. (production team - please let only dany isaac, and not the other big, fat, brown-skinned guy who looks more like a nfl player than a football one - forgot his name).
ea has announced fifa for november, what is a great strategy...some stores in japan give that we 9 will come in july...but i bet it wont make big thing...or...maybe konami, predicted the huge leap fifa 06 may present and didn't want to give a single tip about what their new title is going to be. anyway, those are 4 months of difference....nuff time to ea team put together the ideas from fans (wide more listened now than before) in that darn email that I never knew if it was really used; a new graphic concept (just check nhl and nbs 06...much more nhl than nba - and you'll have an idea of what we can expect from fifa - oh yes, and fifa street too) (*); and some new improved 'work-in-progress' stuff on-production stage after PES WE release in summer...after all...if we is released before fifa, ea has time to check all strong and weak points in their main 'rival'.
(*) btw...i think the new logo is quite a little hint that ea will present a meaningful graphic change in their games...not only to follow the natural progress of franchise titles, but as well to top the best as possible next gen same titles for the following year.
