EA Patch conflict with my addons

i mates! i need some help, why my game ask me for the EA PATCH after i put some new balls (my game is already eapatched)?

if i regenerate ignoring patched files, my game run well, but if i regenerate my patched files, when i run FIFA11 it ask for stupid patch, and i have my game patched!!!! HELP ME PLEASEE!!!!! i wanna make some balls and adboards and i cant with my game in this form :(

If the game detects that the db (or any other original file) is not as it was sold or updated by them, you will get asked to download the patch. When you decline to download the patch, do you have issues with running the game?
