Early free kick goals....

I've seen two goals scored from early free kicks. One against arsenal and one against Blackburn. I didn't like them both. Not that the ref should make teams always wait for his whistle, but i mean look at the positioning of the two kicks and use common sense. On top of the box, i think the ref should give the wall time to set up. and when a foul is in the midfield, you can let them do a quick restart. Seaman was on the other post telling his wall to move left, then the kick was taken. Friedel was inbetween the penalty spot and the top of the 18 box and he got chipped. WTF!!

If refs don't give the defence time to set up, then this is what teams will do when a call is in front of their box. preee! the whistle for the foul, after complaining to the ref, someone on the defending team kicks the ball away. The attacking team gets the ball back then someone on the defending team stands right infront of the ball, so that no quick sh*t can start. He might even decide to touch the ball a few times to disrupt the attacking team....oh yeah, i forgot, these are grounds for yellow cards. Then WTF! do refs want the defending teams to do?!?

Anyone share my bitter sentiments to this free kick matter?
