EAS FC International Manager Offer

I have a dilemma. I play the game on the computer version. I purchased the International Manager Offer (Lvl 4), went into my manager mode, accepted the offer to manage my national team but then foolishly forgot to save the game when I closed. Now I cannot seem to get the offer back when I log back in. I also tried to repurchase it in the EAS FC section but found that I cannot purchase another one of this option (it's already purchased and tells me I have the maximum that I can buy of this item). Does anyone have any advice? Is there something I can do with my settings? Am I able to reset my EAS FC purchases or experience? I'd sure like to manage my home nation's team (and don't really want to wait the four or five years it will take me to get my club team to the EPL and get noticed).

Also, has anyone gotten any international offers while using lower level clubs (Hartlepool, Leyton Orient, or other Football League clubs)?

Any info is really appreciated everyone!

I can offers from high ranking national teams like Spain, England and Brazil but not from the team I wanted which is France.

I wonder if the better question would not be whether it's possible to reset the EASFC stuff? Is there a way to reset EAS FC purchases or experience? Could this perhaps be done by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the game, or is this info stored online? Again, thanks for any info!
