The russians did during the cold war, we were one of the top cities likely to get bombed because the all the spy images on russia were done by kodak which is based in Rochester.

According to TCM there are two Rochesters in England, my Rochester was named after i guy who came through here with the last name of Rochester who is the same guy who named Rochester Minesota I believe and there is another Rochester in Wisconsin.

When you go to college, you should major in Rochester. I know that seems like a pretty useless major, but hey, we've got African-American Studies so why not? (Y)

Britain is also home to the original 'Washington'. If it wasn't for us Brits, your first President wouldn't have a cool name.

I've also seen an Albany (village) and a Philadelphia (near Shiney Row) on my travels.
