Make sure you are editing the correct .dbi files, and captaincy only works when you start a new game, because otherwise the info is stored in the saved game file.

Well I've full installation of the game with no Creation Center installed. When I try to open the .dbi files, I get 'Run-time error 5 Invalid procedure call or argument'. I've also tried getting the vb runtime and the dll files mentioned in the thread but the error is still there.

I only got kit raptor and flag raptor installed and the dbi files are the original ones installed from CD.

Please help. Thanks.

do u need Windows Scripting Host in WinXP?
in microsoft web site i only saw WSH for all the other OS except WinXP

If you have FIFA2003 Creation Centre
you must open:

Cwindows\Application Data\FIFA2003CC\CurrentFIFAPackage\fcdb.dbi

Thanks for your advise but I DO NOT have Creation Center installed. So any one knows how to solve the problem for run-time error 5?

Been trying to download this file for most of the day but filefront keeps showing up an error message. Although you can find the file by using the search function, you end up downloading an empty zip file.

Any thoughts ?
