Ecuador's Goal vs. Ghana's Goal

I was watching the highlights and aren't they identical?

I am talking about the ecuador goal vs. Poland (The SecondOne) when they beat the offside trap and had a two on zero and scored.

Ghana had a three on zero against Czech today for their third goal (called off) and did the same thing but they were called for offside.

what's the difference?

When Pimpong passed it to his left the guy that he passed it to wAS in front of his position on the field, so it was called offside. On the other hand in the Ecuador goal when Kaviedes passed it to Delgado, they were lined up so there was no offside.

Pimpong should have passed it to the right (i think it was Appiah), then they would have scored.
