Edited players apears with default stats in ML. Why so?

I changed stats and abilities for some players to make them more adequate to reality, but when I started ML they're still with default stats. Why's that and how to change it?
Also I'm wondering if there's possibility to keep classic players with their default stats in ML. What's the big idea to make 18 year old unexperienced youngsters of them.:confused:
Maybe some tinkering with editors.

You mean I'm forced to use ONLY default statistics developers have decided to apply to players. If yes, than this is another foolish implementation by Konami. There weren't such thing in PES3.

I'd been asking the same question a few times here, but I couldn't find an answer. Anyway, It seems no matter what I did to the player stats, when I go to start a New ML game, all those changes were gone, ML will auto switch back to default stats. and also thats mean, replacing PES & WE united, duplicate player to another team is kinda pointless, cause the stats in ML is wrong :(

It only happen in ML, but if you go to play in friendy match the stats is updated, I haven't tried the League mode yet, but I think it work like friendy match mode :rolleyes:

Maybe some kind of PES4.EXE editor could fix it like WEditor for WE7I, but it not support PES4 atm...

yup, default stats are kept in pes4.exe file and have bigger priority in ML then stats loaded from option file
it's been done to avoid cheating if you'd edit all your team players to highest stats
I heard it's been cracked also so it's just a matter of time...

im actually beta testing a tool that lets your edited option file convert to permanent stats.....im actually using it for my patch to add/create players and adjust things....so its only a matter of time...the pes4.exe got cracked ages ago when the pes4 editor came out.....which let others crack it via hex..........so its on its way...so relax and wait for your cheated stats.....or hex edit them for now....
