Editing Hud Elements?

Is it possible to change certain hud elements and replace them? I want to modify things like the player boost bar, background, power bar, etc. Is this possible, and if so, would it work online?

I've tried, but the search function on vbulletin absolutely sucks!

I agree! For example, if you try to search "hud" or any word of 3 letters, it won't give you any result because the word is considered "too short"! You can't find all the things you need only by using the search function.
