well man thats not bad for your first.......i'd put the sponsor logo below your texture layer so you can see the template through the logo.....Nike tick needs to be much smaller.........all logos on the shirt front and back need to be vertically squashed to about 1/2 their existing height to allow for the shirt stretching ingame..........collar needs to be tidier and a bit smaller too i think.......you have also painted the edge of the sleeves white when you coloured in the shorts........good start though mate ....keep it going.......
