Only thing I would say could be improved Egor is the very front of the fringe. It doesn't appear natural in-game. Rather than coming out of his head it just appears to BE there, if that makes sense. Otherwise...very good :)

the mouth part needs some work, the lips are way to small currently, which makes it look like he's making kissy face all the time

mouth and eyes and the profile of the nose needs work. the rest looks alright :) maybe the hair texture can be improved.
