regularcat, this is why you are going nuts trying to moderate this forum. Because psychos like this are allowed to continue to post and are even encouraged. And then everyone else jumps on the crazy train because... hey... there are no consequences for bad behavior around here, so why not? On any other forum, this guy's posts and even his thread would have been removed immediately. And on many other forums he would have been perma-banned and his account deleted. You post BS like this guy did, and you're done on most forums, period.

Yet here, the offensive posts stay up, and he's allowed to continue his psychotic spew. I've come to the conclusion that you are getting orders from the higher ups who own this site, telling you not to act. They must be desperate for members and hit counts. There's no other explanation that I can fathom.

I'm not criticizing you bro, I'm telling you from my little bit of extra life experience (you have kids; my sweetie has teenage grandkids) that one's aggravation is often and usually a result of one's failure to deal with the core issues that are causing that aggravation. In other words, rather than blame the irresponsible kids and psychos who post on this forum, maybe take a look at the structure of this forum and how it allows those posters to get away with behaving badly and irresponsibly.
