That doesn't really help me. I mean, I've never installed these before, or have found any tutorials.

Can someone explain in detail how to save all these for their specific teams, and if it's possible for them to show up in friendlies.

hmm i just installed the Serie-A Adboard CMP file with CM 10 Beta 4.

Did excacly what the readme.txt said

now fifa just crashes? Any ideas?
