Use AFSExplorer to install them into the data_e.afs file. Do a search for "uni006" if you arent sure where to put them.

Yep, once the full game is released, it wont be long til there are patches for full kit and roster updates.

I install the kits with afs explorer, but the kits have the english flag and in your sreenshot they haven't!!!
Can I delete it?

For some reason I am getting something like

File is smaller than allowed!. Padding with zeros will be done

What does that mean?

kd: getting that "File is smaller than allowed!...." message is normal, but I'm not sure why you aren't seeing anything ingame. I don't even have any suggestions cos its pretty simple and you've obviously imported something cos u got that message. Just try again?
