I would defend not being banned for two years, which more or less I have done for Ferdinand, but this is an International match and the offence is clear.

Ferdinand isnt crap. He aint all he's cracked up to be, and certainly isnt worth 30mil ( ) but he is a quality defender. Nevertheless i think this game is too importent for the England players to be making this stand on. They really should just get on with it and make thier objections known through the proper channels after the match is said and done.

well TUrkey are having a good laugh at all this...

but the yalsop still think its all a hoax... that Owen isnt really injured and that this Ferdinand thing is just to make TUrkish players play softer.... that's what I heard on Sky earlier on.

Anyway I think this is a story that couldve been nothing at all... from what I believe to be an honest mistake by Rio ... but thanks to the FA its taken on huge proportions that they can't turn back now.

First off they start banning our fans from attending games which puts us at a disadvantage then if that wasn't bad enough they supsend Ferdinand from International duty because he might be guilty of drugs problems. No doubt the turkish and turkish FA will be enjoying this. Another thing is that it was reported a while back that what Rio did has been done by many players before, therefore to make an example of Rio is quite petty and plain GAY!!
