Okay, I admit, for the past few weeks, I have been playing..... the warez version of PES4 :| :| :| :eek:

However, today, I downloaded the wolf furry patch 3.0. I read the readme, and at the bottom, it read "To those of you who have downloaded the game - BUY IT!!! If this game isn't worth your" . At first I thought 'Nah, why spend 30 quid on a game I've already done 90% of. But, I went to Wakefield today, browsing, and I saw Pro Evolution Soccer 4 in HMV. I looked at the box, read the details, and put it back down. Went to KFC. Then I thought about Wolfs readme, and it inspired me to go back to HMV, and buy that game.

And people, I feel enlightened! I feel a better person inside. So, I, like Wolf, beg anybody who has the downloaded version of the game, to, like me, spend that extra 30 quid, and help Konami. For the sake of future generations Pro Evo enjoyment! Dont kill the industry.

Ahhh, the spirit of Christmas has arrived at soccergaming.tv....and to think you could have bought it for a mere £17.99 from play.com.

But I can see you're in charitable mood and keen to off-load your money to the "Konami in need" appeal, so I guess you'll be glad to have donated to them an extra £12.

Just to play a little devil's advocate: Couldn't you have avoided paying the extra by getting normal shipping and continuing to play your illegal version until it arrived? I mean, your warez copy technically becomes legalized the moment you click the order button. = P

Seriously, stealing=bad karma. I stole a 20 euro scarf for my wife from a flee market only to break(in a very clumbsy accident)) 40 euros worth of merchandise in the next store I walked into. :(

:rolleyes: Technically I didn't steal it. Me and my wife were shopping at a flea market in Florence, Italy. We bought a scarf from a vendor, I gave him the money. After walking aroung for a bit, I look in the bag with the scarf and there's the 20 euro I had given him. Apparently he mistakenly put the money in our shopping bag. She told me we should go back, and I said F'it let's keep the money. That's what caused my bad karma. I should have went back.

See I'm not a douchebag. :D
