EPL - What team will gain the most impact from signings?

juventusita

Senior Squad
Realize what i'm trying to get across here, don't say Manchester United because they will sign Ronaldinho or something of the like. Yes, that's an impact player, but United still could win the Premiership without him. After seeing that David Dunn is somewhat close to going to Birmingham and now along with Van Hooijdonk, I think Steve Bruce is making 2 signings that will not only keep Birmingham in the Premiership, but a possible top 10 finish. Also, I believe Bolton will make a few more key signings and will stay up. From rumours that you've heard, in your opinion what team is going to have the best summer in terms of impact signings?

Youth Team
The player that Liverpool buy that wins the the Premiership for them will be the biggest impact player. I don't believe they can win the Premiership at the moment with the current squad. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue who this player will be!

Starting XI
I would say Wolves, with Ince (Captain) and Irwin not yet announcing whether they are going to retire or not. We will need people to fill in their positions if they do retire.
