Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes)

I recently installed a chants patch & CEP to my FIFA 08.
While playing an Argentine league match, I kept the ball in my possession for a while. After about the sixth consecutive pass between my players, the crowd would start to chant "OLE!" for every pass afterwards that I retained possession. I thought this was a great aspect of the game that I've never come across before. The same thing would not happen when I played an MLS match so I'm thinking it is specific to certain leagues. Anyone else notice this during a match?
Also, at the start of the match, it was raining heavily. Then the commentators stated, "The rain is staring to slow down now. Let's see if it effects the outcome of the game." or something like that. The rain then completely stopped and the sun appeared to come out. Never saw this happen before either. Anyone else?
