Error While Changing A National Team

It may seem a noob question, but this is the problem I am facing.
All what I'm doing is with CM13 BETA.

I wanted to have a Japan National Team, so here is what I did:
1. Turning the Egypt team to Japan.
2. Changed all the short name, long name, name and database name from Egypt to Japan, and the scoreboard name from EGY to JPN.
3. Assigned it to country Japan and removed the reference from country Egypt.
4. Changed the logo (this isn't complete still).
5. Manually updated the roster with 23 players (2 created for this) and formations.

Now when I start any match in FIFA with this team, the game crashes to desktop. With any other team, it's fine. What else I'm missing?

Are all of the players set on their positions?

Yes they are. The specific formation was assigned a random serial no. 0 (which I saw in DBMaster) and I changed it to 600-something which is the following no. after the last one.
Still no avail.

Some other suggestions
- Check in DBM in teamplayerlinks for players with doubled shirt numbers or doubled field positions
- Check if you have a stadium assigned

Sorry regularcat. I was too concerned about this problem whole of yesterday and the day before. Won't repeat that.
btw, I am checking if a change in the formation settles it.

Actually it is crashing right at the pre-match practice screen.

These are my db and xml files. If anyone wants to help, mark my mistake there. Any suggestion for improving it is also welcome.

Check to see players' position values in the formations table match their position values in the teamplayerlinks table. I know from experience the game will crash if those values are not identical. Past that, if you've done all the above, then the next step is to re-install your backup files and start again. The problem could be something as simple as one single value assignment error in any one of the tables you edited. Nobody is going to be able to help you with that.
