There's always one thing you need to remember when creating graphics, especially larger ones such as wallpapers. It's the golden ratio which is 1:6.
What this basically helps you do is prevent you from just random sticking imagine onto a background. For instance putting the two imagine you cut out in the middle with the logo as a background would look good. However the way you've arranged the images now doesn't make any sense and they all look out of place, as if you just randomly stuck them somewhere. It's fairly advanced but it can make or break your design.

Looking at the title of the thread I was honestly hoping to see a top class wallpaper..
