EURO 2008 mod-friendly save hack.

I did it, because if you wanna license or mod EURO 2008 and have everything unlocked, your collectors album will be incomplete and no more stickers will fit into the save (since it's filled with fake players not existing anymore)

So in this save file, nothing is unlocked, but you have 100 mln points for you to unlock it yourself, enjoy!
