Where can I find that file?

I can only create stadium till ID 255. Earlier I also imported some stadiums above 300 but it doesn't seem to work anymore somehow.

Just a few hints that may be useful to the community.

1) The "edit game settings" crash issue doesn't depend from the number of stadiums. I've got just a couple of stadiums more than the original ones so I guess I didn't exceed the supposed 255 limit. Therefore I installed some stadiums with stadium ID higher than 300 and they worked perfectly until yesterday.
I just had a backup of my DB (always made one before any automatic FIFA update) and restored my previous DB and the issue was solved. Don't ask me why.
2) The stadiums work perfectly if they are installed with a stadium ID different from the supposed original. I guess that those stadiums ID are somehow "locked" if you didn't buy the Euro 2012 DLC content. If you buy the DLC I suppose the program will install all the Euro 2012 stuff, stadium included, and will unlock that IDs, so you can use them then in your FIFA.

So I guess the crash issue has something to do with the update that FIFA made in order to be a potential acceptor for the Euro 2012 contents.

no because i got this crash a month ago whe i start to clone a lot of stadiums!something else is the problem!!!

I thought so and I importd them with ID 200 - 207. Unfortunatelly nothing changes, game crushes while opening game settings.

Check out if there was a FIFA update since then.
I restored a DB version before the update and it worked.
If you've got a DB older than a month, try to put it into the game instead of your current DB. Maybe you'll lose all the changes since then, but probably it'll work out.

I guess you're right Robbie. I tried to add stadiums one by one and once the game crashed. I deleted a stadium and the game is working again.
So I suppose there's a limited number of stadium (not a stadium ID limit) available in FIFA. :(
The only way to have several stadiums in FIFA 12 - methinks - is developing an app like that one that was working for the old FIFA 99 or FIFA 2000, where stadiums were loaded just before the game started, in the same way that graphic tool now are loading balls, adboards, etc. But I guess it's too late now at that stage.
