If anyone is interested it starts today monday on eurosport 2 from about 6:30pm. Hopefully its not as bad as watching championship football in england where the ball is in the air 99%. shame Napoli are still in Serie C would have liked to see them. Thats 3rd division in Italy and they get 55,000 plus crowds now thats support. I'm looking forward to seeing how teams like Bologna get on.

If it was totally poor quality i'm sure eurosport wont shell out money for rights to show it.

the rights for showing these matches must have been dirt cheap, since Eurosport is in love with all the "cheap as **** to televise" sports. god damn for the last three days they've been showing butch women lifting weights, with some completely unknown sport in between.
ill still watch this tho. Pescara all the way :).

Totti should be in Serie B. He is crap.

Meanwhile, in Australian on cable tv, all we get is Eurosport News, I wish we got the real eurosport. That would be awesome/

Totti > Del Piero

I might tend to agree with that, on technical abilities however I support Juventus and not Del Piero.

However I disagree regarding the mental ineptitude of Totti, and affirm that Del Piero at least has some dignity.

But overall, as a club

Juve > Roma
Juve > Inter

Roma>Juve in terms of passion and heart
Juve> Roma in terms boring football!!!

stop talking out of your ass.

Don't even get started on passion . Passion is not giving up until the final whistle is blown. Juve never give up. NEVER. What do Roma do? Self destruct and entangle themselves in their own web of chaos. The club, the fans, the players, the administration ...everything about Roma converges into the following - confusion, ill-temper, immaturity. What have Roma done to even draw a comparison with Juve ? Nothing. Boring football ? Based on what ? Winning enough championships that even if Juve stopped playing completely, it would take Roma no less than a century to come anywhere close to Juve.

Spitting at people, fans throwing objects and behaving like animals isn't passion. Doing all that is easy. Keeping cool and concentrating on the task at hand and winning despite adversity is passion. Being a force for over a hundred years is passion. Having an air of invincibility around you and instilling fear into the opponent before stepping on the field is passion. If Juve didn't have passion they wouldn't survive and do well for so long. Football is an emotional game but channeling those emotions and making them work for you is the difference between Juventus and Roma.

You don't need to go far. Apart from Roma fans no one respects your club. Juventus is respected by one and all - even people who loathe the club.

Here's a comparison that should ring a bell. A child gets overly excited easily - dangle a piece of candy and you'll see it jump about with glee. Roma fans are the same. Due to their lack of success, every small piece of candy that comes their way seems more appealing. That isn't passion. A person dying from starvation would be tempted by a piece of shoe leather. It doesn't make him more passionate than a normal person who doesn't want to eat the piece of leather now does it? Similarly Juve and their fans have been used to winning. We don't get overly excited by the bits and peices of candy that keep flying our way day in day out and we don't let a loss get the better of us. Our hearts are a lot more seasoned. We don't get carried away easily like the Romanistas. Roma would celebrate a win against Juve like they won the Champions League and lose focus next week and lose to a relagation contender. Everything gets to you guys worked up easily while the Juventus camp remains calm. Again not lack of passion. Just maturity and superiority.

I think I made my point. I don't expect you to comprehend it 'cause if you did, we wouldn't be having this discussion in the first place.

and your point is????? Your american so i expect you to make more than your point. Juve supporter from U.S your a glory hunter for sure. Why do you support them??? what is your valid reason if you have one. Superiority is a word that Is overused. Superior to who. Oh i forgot your american so its in your nature to think something is superior always. I doubt many americans know much about the world apart from america itself. Talking out of my ass fair enough but having lived in america i'd say most americans are experts at doing that!!! Dont get me wrong i'm a big fan of america but 90 percent of them have egos that would make Totti look ordinary. Goodbye!

Glory hunters... oh the scourge of the internet. Please, "oh you're a glory hunter," Oh no, the greatest sin to be accused of. People who say that support crap teams or can' bring up n e thing else.

Totti = a bitch, that's it. No matter who lives where, in whatever country. Universal Mathematical Constant, Totti = Bitch, UNIVERSAL, i.e. applies everywhere.
