Yeah i'm at 87% at the moment, i have all the hidden packages, done all the rampages, robbed all stores, but i have 1 unique jump left to do, and i cant do it. (On PC) i believe its the one at the top of the spiral carpark in washington beach.

Dont think ive done many vigilante missions, might do some of those now.

He's shooting on a gang member that is standing on the billboard(it's one of the phone missions)
